1005 Waikiki Grand Hotel Sun Deck Level

I have nothing but good things to say about this suite. It has a full kitchen and bathroom, and a comfortable living area with a king bed and pull out couch. My family of 4 was happy here. We enjoyed the deck, the nearby beaches, Waikiki, the close bus stops and the lovely view. My family could cook if they wanted to and yet were close to restaurants, too. Perfect for strolling into Waikiki and lots of shopping. We used a nearby Target for food and necessities. My family took full advantage of the boogie boards that were left in the room. This suite is a bit dated, however all the positives outweighed the bit of datedness and would certainly not be a deterrent to staying there again. We would stay there again, for sure. The hotel also kindly gave us a late check out as we had a night flight and we really appreciated that.

I didn't see a picture of the room when I booked, just the beautiful view from the sundeck. I was delighted by the nice room with a two burner range, full refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, tea kettle, with dishes, glasses and cutlery. I enjoyed the snorkeling fins, masks and snorkles, and the boogie boards kept in the wardrobe. Fred

Positive: A Hotelel a szobával és a személyzettel minden rendben volt. És köszönjük hogy előfoglalásnélkül a helyszínen segítettek parkolót foglalni az élet mentő volt. Negative: Ez nem az ő hibájuk, a szomszédban épp építkezés zajlott az nagyon be hallatszott a szobába, a másik hajnalban már járnak a szemétszállítok, áruszállitok ezek is kicsit hangosak es behallatszik. De ezek úgy mond apróságok. Az egész hely a sziget kárpótol mindenért. Én meleg szívvel ajánlom a Waikiki Grand Hotelt főleg a 10. Emeleti apartman egyikét a kilátás lélegzet el állító.

It was comfy, can use a deep clean. Positive: Awesome location, comfy bed, & provided beach supplies. Negative: We seen roaches crawling on the couch, & the jets in the jacuzzi tub (that I was very excited to use) was moldy and yes I checked to make sure it wasn’t just stains. Our last night there we woke up drenched in sweat bc the power went out which isn’t their fault bc a power line went down but it was still a bummer. I paid roughly $1500 for 5 nights, I upgraded to a king bed so honestly I expected the place to be in pristine condition or atleast clean.

We enjoyed our stay at the Waikiki Grand Hotel in rooms 1005 and 1006. The units were really nice and the staff very responsive. We thought room 1005 came with a full kitchen including an oven and soon found out that it only had a stove top. We messaged to ask if there was anywhere to cook our take and bake pizzas and they told us they would get us a large toaster over. It was a wonderful blessing as we cooked pizza, lemon bars, cookies, etc. Thanks for making that happen!

A great studio apartment on the 10th floor with the sun deck (shared) right outside our door for amazing views. Clean + comfortable with cooking facilities. We thought the aircon would be noisy but not a problem for us. A very short walk to the beach + start of shopping strip. We'd stay there again if we can come back! 😁

Super Lage und schöner Ausblick Positive: Sehr gute Lage in Strandnähe. Auch kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten in Reichweite. Direkt vor der Tür war eine schöne Terrasse mit Sitzmöglichkeiten und Blick zum Meer. Auch konnte man sich selbst Speisen in der Küche zubereiten. Negative: Das Zusatzbett war im selben Raum und sehr unbequem. Wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad und für die Kleidung.
