I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent stay in Suite 512 at WGH. Having stayed in many units there over the years, I found Suite 512 to be one of the best. The room is recently renovated and the location on the 5th floor minimizes much of the street noise and the sounds from Hula's. It's well-equipped with all the essential amenities, including a convenient kitchenette and an additional twin bed nook. The WGH location remains prime, offering beautiful views of the zoo, Diamond Head, and the beach, right on the edge of the strip. While WGH is an older, historic building with occasional plumbing and elevator issues, the building management team seems very effective. The front desk and housekeeping staff did excellent jobs during my stay.

We visit Honolulu twice a year, this was by far the cleanest place we have ever stayed at. Yes the road is right there but didn’t bother us at all. We would love to stay there again in the future!

The unit was clean, and airy. Better than a hotel room for our family of four. When we couldn’t find more than two beach towels the host promptly sent the cleaning service to drop off more. No beach chairs were found, though, and the front desk did not have any either. The shower is gorgeous, but we did yearn for shelves to store our soap and shampoo bottles, instead of allowing them just to remain on the ground. The beds were comfortable and accommodating for two adults and two kids. We travel with a sound machine so the outside noises did not bother us, and there were ear plugs in one of the cabinets. The pool is in a different condition than the photos suggest, and the access is strange, through the parking lot, behind a food truck. All in all a great location to the beach, and tasty restaurants. Would stay here again!

The place was remodeled and very clean. The feature is that it is open in a room on the Honolulu Animal Park side and has a very good view. You can see the sunrise from Diamond Head and Waikiki Beach from the veranda. It is very close to the beach and I recommend a morning walk on the beach. It is also within walking distance to the shopping center and close to the twin fin hotel, which was very convenient for picking up activities and renting a car (Avis).

The front desk was also excellent, and I always had a smooth stay. The room was clean and well equipped with the surrounding environment, so we had a fulfilling stay.

The apartment was a block from the beach with amazing views-- especially from the top floor with a fantastic view of Diamond Head! Parking was available for a fee but worth it! We didn't have to deal with inner city traffic as we were at the quiter end of the busy Waikiki beach. Airconditioner worked great and black out curtains on the glass window walls kept it cool. Located on the 5th floor-- noise happened all through the day. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs worked wonders! The kitchen was a bit odd next to the bed, but we had no problems making breakfast every morning before our daily adventures! The lanai was non existent but we could still dry our wet clothes on the chairs. Very small closet space and drawers for 3 people but we managed. The main bed was a little hard but the extra bed was super comfy! Modern bathroom with a nice shower. The provided beach towels came in handy! Would definitely stay here again! Wunderbar! Positive: Es war ein wunderschönes Studio mit einer gut eingerichteten Küche. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Das Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt. Es war der perfekt Einstieg in unsere Hawaii Ferien. Negative: Ich habe mir den Balkon anders vorgestellt. Er war da aber sehr schmal. Wir brauchten ihn aber auch nicht, da alles was man braucht sehr nahe ist.

Loved our room and its outlook. Green trees, ocean and not into another hotel. Positive: Loved our room. Looked over the park to the mountain and could see the sea. It was bright. The room had all the amenities including big fridge and cooking. The hotel has a fantastic location. So close to the sea. The pool is a great bonus. Negative: At the moment there is building work going on next door so it can be a bit noisy during the day while at the pool.
