Guest room 215

We had a fridge that didn’t work, got it replaced, no hot/warm running water for 3 of the 8 days here, and the volume outside our door is loud as guests from the bar have their own social hour while they wait for the elevator to take them down 1 floor when there are stairs right there. We have mentioned this all to the front desk and no solution other than the fridge. Our friends in room 217 have complained about the volume and also no hot water and no solution, one person is sick and can’t even shower with warm water, there are laws regarding water temperature.
