Looks like the photos, easy to get into the apartment compared to other Airbnbs in Hawaii where you may have to go pick up a key before being able to enter. Parking was extremely limited (<10 spaces) but easy to reserve once I got there. The room is at the back of the hotel, so Waikīkī noise was somewhat audible but for me not at all bothersome. I would recommend this stay.

This place was perfect for me and a great deal for the location. Small, but comfortable, and so close to the beach. I was concerned that street noise would be a problem, but it didn't bother me at all. I would definitely stay here again!

bed and shower are amazing! so if all you care about is a bed, shower, toeliet, and you are a heavy sleeper. then this is the place! do be aware of the bar below. you can hear the music, but if you are a super light sleeper. I wouldn't recommend it. the AC drowned out the noise from the bar for me. please make sure you bring beach chairs

2 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Super easy and flexible check in. Would definitely recommend this spot and would stay here again!

Absolute Katastrophe. Positive: Gute Lage. Der Waikiki Beach ist 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Zimmereinrichtung wurde sichtlich vor einigen Jahren erneuert. Negative: -) ekelhaft im Bad. Boden tief verunreinigt. Haare und Seifen(??)Reste überall. Rost und herabfallende Teile. -) schlafen unmöglich. Im 2. Stock ist eine Gay Bar. Bis 22:00 Uhr wird bei offenem Fenster gefeiert. Zwischen 10:00 Uhr und 2:00 Uhr wird bei geschlossenen Fenstern gefeiert. Aufgrund der schlechten Isolierung hört man jedoch alles im Zimmer. -) die Klimaanlage ist einfach ein mobiles Gerät, das provisorisch mitten in den Raum gestellt wurde. Ich habe selbst mehrere solche Geräte gehabt. Keines war so entsetzlich laut wie dieses. -) beim Personal fühlt man sich wie ein Bittsteller. Mein Telefon hat nicht funktioniert und ich wollte kurz in einem Restaurant wegen einer Reservierung anrufen. Die Antwort auf die Frage, ob das möglich ist: Nein. -) die Rezeption war zu Haupt Checkout Zeit für mindestens 20 Minuten nicht besetzt. -) in der Gegend sind sehr, sehr viele Obdachlose. Diese kommen nachts in die Lobby. Die Lobby hat keine Türen und teilweise keine Fenster ist somit allseits offen zugänglich. Als ich etwas später abends heimkam, war gerade ein Obdachloser dabei einen Haufen einer braunen Masse (ich will gar nicht drüber nachdenken, was das war) aus einer Styroporbox provokativ mitten auf dem Klavier in der Lobby zu platzieren. -) die Zimmerfenster sind ein Witz. Das sind einfach Lamellen, die klapprig aneinander hängen. Es ist, als ob das Fenster immer geöffnet ist. -) Der Preis ist eine absolute Frechheit. Waikiki ist teuer, das ist mir bewusst. Aber wenn ich noch mal komme, dann nehme ich entweder ein Hotel mit selben Standard um einen niedrigeren Preis. Oder ein etwas teures Lokal mit einem deutlich höheren Standard. -) Ich habe alle diese Punkte auch direkt beim Hotel angemerkt und keine Reaktion erhalten.

Christoph, your review is Retaliatory , Biased, and full or Lies. Yes, Waikiki is a busy place with lot of people in a lot noise, That should be expected. The apartment AC is a standard type 8,500 BTU full air conditioner, NOT placed in the middle of room. Jalousie windows are common in Hawaii, and these are brand new from 5 years ago. I will not even spend time acknowledging your other absurd claims. We take cleaning and housekeeping very seriously, in checking the booking.com message thread, there are NO messages from you with any concerns. You Never reached out to us at anytime with any concerns. We would have been more than happy to accommodate with you a different apartment. However you choose to wait until after your departure to vent online. It would have been more constructive to hear from during your stay. Respectfully.
