The unit is ill-equipped in many ways. There is no lamp or good light source for reading at night. The kitchen lacks bowls for cereal, a can opener, the toaster is too small to fit normal size bread and it is old, looks bad, and only toasts half the slice at a time. It should be replaced. There needs to be a shelf in the shower to put soap and shampoo on. There needs to be a shelf at the entry for wallet and keys. The couch is too big for the wall where it sits, making a narrow pathway around the bed. There are towels and pillows galore but everything else is lacking. There is no light by the bed. The drapes in the living room are bulky and dysfunctional. The couch is in the way for opening the drapes so they pile up looking messy and unkept. The only plug by the bed is hard to reach for plugging in one's laptop. The tiny refrigerator is silly. With all the wasted cabinet space a bigger fridge could easily fit. I would not stay here again.

Overall, definitely a must stay! Like all the other reviews, the bar was right under us so we had music until 2am. The music didn’t bother us much. The beach was just right there and the pool was empty. We didn’t pay for parking but parked on the other street near the other side of the zoo and it was convenient. But do make sure you park in between the marked parking signs. The room was super clean. The bed and couch was super comfortable. Overall, I will definitely come back! <3 the front desk was super friendly and happy every day we walked past them!
